- I recently sent my Multistart II and my MegaChip 2000 boards to DKB with
- instructions to diagnose and estimate cost of repairs.
-
- A couple of days later I recieved a phone call advising me that my
- Multistart II board was fine and that the MegaChip 2000 needed a new 2-meg
- Agnus, which they did not have.
-
- I was told of several places that would have the 2-meg Agnus and that both
- of my boards would be returned immediately.
-
- The big surprise??? No charge! Not for the phone call or for the shipping
- charges to return the boards to me.
-
- We need more Amiga suppliers like this! A public applause to DKB!
-
- This is unlike another company that sent me a part that I didn
- 't order, it was included with one that I did order. It cost me almost
- $11.00 to return the part that I didn't want.
