  14. I recently sent my Multistart II and my MegaChip 2000 boards to DKB with
  15. instructions to diagnose and estimate cost of repairs.

  17. A couple of days later I recieved a phone call advising me that my
  18. Multistart II board was fine and that the MegaChip 2000 needed a new 2-meg
  19. Agnus, which they did not have.
  20.  
  21. I was told of several places that would have the 2-meg Agnus and that both
  22. of my boards would be returned immediately.
  23.  
  24. The big surprise??? No charge! Not for the phone call or for the shipping
  25. charges to return the boards to me.
  26.  
  27. We need more Amiga suppliers like this! A public applause to DKB!

  29. This is unlike another company that sent me a part that I didn
  30. 't order, it was included with one that I did order. It cost me almost
  31. $11.00 to return the part that I didn't want.
